Finding the right balance is our specialty. With options ranging from energizing group classes to fully personalized private sessions, you can choose the environment that supports your wellness goals and helps you feel your best.
PILATES
Whether you’re new or highly experienced, our trainers design every class with intention—blending classical and contemporary exercises to help you progress safely and effectively.
Our trainers are true experts in their craft, each holding a comprehensive Pilates certifications—including STOTT Pilates®. Their deep knowledge of movement, alignment, and strength training allows them to support your goals with confidence and care.
FITNESS
Feel motivated, challenged, and supported at every level in our fitness classes. Our trainers are highly experienced and you will get creative, responsive programming that gives you the best workout possible.
You’ll see Spin, TRX, Kettlebell, Tabata, and countless other styles of group training on our schedule. And if there’s ever something you’d love to see added, just let us know. This studio was built for YOU.

Intro to Pilates Reformer
Whether you’re brand‑new to the Reformer or have been practicing for years, we recommend all clients begin their journey with our Reformer Intro Series. It’s designed to help you move safely and confidently so you can transition into group classes with ease. We offer:
