Led by the energizer bunny herself, Connie Sheehan, these sessions will challenge you with a variety of exercises aimed at improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
T/TH -- Mat Pilates Sessions @ St. Paul Pilates & Fitness with Travis Join us for rejuvenating Mat Pilates sessions, perfect for enhancing flexibility, core strength, and posture. Recharge your body and mind with these gentle yet effective workouts led by our fabulous Travis Nietert.
