We are in the St. Paul Midway and located at 2327 Wycliff St. There is a parking lot behind the building near Door O, and our studio is just inside that Main Entrance.

There are three parking options available:
Main Parking Lot: Located at the intersection of Wycliff St. and Bradford St. diagonally across from the Wycliff building.
Back Parking Lot: Located behind the building at the end of Bradford St near Door O.
Street Parking: Available on Wycliff St.
For Classes Before 8AM or After 5PM
You may park in the back lot near Door O, and our space is just inside that main entrance.For Classes During the Workday (8AM - 5PM)
Please park on Wycliff St. or in the Main Parking Lot at the intersection of Wycliff and Bradford, located diagonally across from the Wycliff building. Enter through the main entrance on Wycliff (Door F) and follow the signs to our space, passing by the bathrooms and water filling station along the way.For Private Training
You can park in the Back Parking Lot near Door O. There are 90-minute parking spaces available. If no spaces are available, please use street parking on Wycliff St. or the lot at Wycliff and Bradford.For Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is available in the Back Parking Lot near Door O, which includes three designated spaces and a ramp for accessible entry. -
Locker rooms: The building is equipped with showers and restrooms for your convenience.
Parking: there are two parking lots and street parking available. There are also 90-minute spaces located near the entrance for client use.
Dedicated entrance: Our is directly accessible from one of the parking lots.
Natural light: Exterior wall with large windows.
Coffee Shop!: There is a shop down the hall from us that serves coffee and tea 9A-1P daily.
Breweries: Just a 1 minute walk to Urban Growler and a 3 minute walk to Bang Brewing! Perfect for when you want to grab a bite and/or a pint after class.
Murals: The owner’s goal is to cover the entire building in murals; you’ll enjoy one right out our window and many others around the property.

Amazing! We’re so grateful to have you in our community. The next step is to go to your App Store on your phone and download the “PushPress Members” app. Once you’re in the app you can review your account/sign your agreements, see the class schedule, sign up for classes, and more. Here are a few resources that walk you through how to use the app:

If you already have a trainer you work with, you can coordinate directly with them to get on their schedule and we will get you into the system. If you don’t already have a trainer, please email us at info@sppilatesfit.com and we will get you on the schedule!

If you are new to our studio, we like to take you through a few private classes to get your bearings before you dive into class. You can email us at info@sppilatesfit.com to get set up with a starter pack.

You’ll want a set of clean gym shoes for fitness classes or grip socks for reformer classes; we also suggest a top layer so you’re not cold when you start your session. You’ll also want a water bottle (there’s a water filling station just down the hall from our studio). We have a spot just inside our doors for you to drop your street shoes and to change into your gym shoes.
