Hi! I’m Chandra and I’m a Personal Trainer, 200 Hr Yoga Teacher, and Board-Certified Health Coach. I’ve spent more than 17 years in the fitness industry, and I’m grateful every day to do work that brings so much joy. Group cycle was my breakthrough format because I love the energy and motivation it brings to a class. Then I quickly became interested in leading other exercise formats to include Yoga, meditation, strength training and Pilates. I’m passionate about encouraging and motivating people to live their best version of themselves – and that looks different for all of us!

I believe in whole life wellness. We build strength to support everyday movement, set attainable goals, and celebrate the joys of living. A balanced mind, body, and spirit connection begins with healthy habits built one day at a time. Each day is a fresh start—stay encouraged, trust your instincts, and appreciate your body for all it does for you.

When I’m not at the gym my husband and I are busy at home with our kids, (ages 13-20), who help me tend our gardens. My family and I enjoy doing things together like rock climbing, boating, and traveling! I’m always up for a new adventure!
