Train Better Together

Small-group Reformer Pilates and strength training for friends, teammates, athletes, and workout groups who want personalized coaching, consistency, and a plan they can build together.

A More Personal Way to Train as a Group

You already know that it is easier to show up when someone is expecting you. Group Training gives you and your people a consistent time to move, get stronger, and feel better—together.

At St. Paul Pilates & Fitness, your group of 5–7 will train together each week with an instructor who gets to know your group’s goals, movement history, strengths, and opportunities for growth. You will receive the energy and accountability of training alongside people you enjoy, with more individual attention and coaching than you would receive in a class.

Whether you are a group of friends looking for a more intentional workout routine, athletes who want to support performance and recovery, or an existing workout group ready for a fresh way to train, we will help you create a consistent plan that works for your group.

Choose Your Group’s Training Rhythm.

Choose one focused weekly Reformer session—or pair Pilates with strength training for a complete twice-weekly routine.

Weekly Reformer Training

A focused, consistent Reformer Pilates session for your group each week.

Your instructor will guide your group through thoughtful, full-body sessions designed to help you build strength, stability, mobility, coordination, and confidence over time. Because the same group trains together each week, your instructor can progress the work thoughtfully rather than starting over with a new mix of people every class.

Includes:

  • 1 Reformer Pilates session per week

  • 4 total sessions across 4 weeks

  • Group size of 5–7

  • Personalized coaching within a supportive small-group setting

  • $139 per person

Reformer + Strength Training

A balanced, twice-weekly training plan that brings together Pilates and strength work.

This option is ideal for groups who want more consistency, more training volume, and a fuller approach to feeling strong. Reformer Pilates helps you build awareness, control, core strength, mobility, and stability, while strength training helps you build capacity and confidence for the things you want to do in and outside the studio.

Includes:

  • 1 Reformer Pilates session per week

  • 1 Strength Training session per week

  • 8 total sessions across 4 weeks

  • Group size of 5–7

  • A coordinated, progressive training experience

  • $249 per person

Pricing is per person. Group Training is designed for groups of 5–7 people who can commit to the same weekly training time for the full four-week session.

The Power of Showing Up Together

There is something different about training with people who know you. You have built-in encouragement when motivation is low, people to celebrate progress with, and a standing commitment that makes it easier to protect time for yourself.

When the same group comes together consistently, your instructor can also do more than lead a great workout. They can get to know how your group moves, offer individual adjustments and coaching, and build each week on the one before it.

Built-In Accountability

When your group has a standing weekly time, it is easier to follow through. You are not relying on motivation alone—you have a plan and people who are counting on you to be there.

More Personalized Coaching

With just 5–7 participants, your instructor has the space to see you, coach you, offer modifications, and help you feel successful at your own level.

Meaningful Progression

Instead of a different experience every week, your group can build on what you are learning. You will have time to develop stronger movement patterns, increase confidence, and notice real progress over the four-week session.

Designed for the Groups Who Want More.

Group Training is for people who want an intentional, supportive way to train—not a one-size-fits-all workout and not the pressure of going it alone.

FRIEND/COMMUNITY GROUPS

Make a weekly wellness plan together. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking for a more consistent routine, this is a fun and meaningful way to spend time together while taking care of yourselves.

ATHLETES/TEAMMATES

Build strength, stability, and control with Reformer Pilates and targeted strength training—helping athletes perform better in their sport and rebuild after injury to return stronger and more confident than before.

EXISTING WORKOUT GROUP

If you already walk, run, lift, or train together, add a weekly Reformer session to complement what your crew is already doing—with focused work on strength, stability, and control that carries into the workouts you love.

We’ll Help You Find a Time That Works

The best Group Training sessions are built around a time your group can truly commit to. When you submit your interest form, let us know who is in your group, which training option you are interested in, and the days and times that generally work best.

We will review availability and follow up with the best next steps for your group. If you already have a group of 5–7 ready to go, we can help you explore a dedicated weekly time.
