CHRISTA
Christa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience specializing in pelvic floor health and women’s wellness. She earned her doctorate from Tufts University, where she focused her clinical training on pelvic floor rehabilitation and evidence-based movement science.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 36, Christa’s connection to movement deepened even further. Her personal journey through recovery strengthened her belief in the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and thrive when supported with the right tools and mindset.
Christa’s approach blends the foundation of Pilates with the insight of physical therapy, helping humans restore strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies. She is dedicated to using the most up-to-date research and evidence to guide every session—whether the goal is recovery, resilience, or performance.
She believes that our bodies are strong, resilient, and meant to be challenged—and that mindful movement is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with that strength.
Christa runs her Pelvic Health Clinic, The Good Movement Pelvic Health & Wellness, out of our studio and is currently accepting new patients. Whether you’re experiencing leakage, pelvic pain, urgency, recovering from childbirth, or healing after cancer treatment, Christa provides compassionate, evidence-based care to help you manage symptoms and restore confidence in your body
Outside the studio, Christa enjoys traveling with her husband—25 countries and counting—spending time with her mini Aussie Doodle, Bernie, and getting creative in the kitchen or with a new craft project.
